Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of business data from various sources.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reports to provide insights into business performance.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Create data visualizations to present findings in a clear and understandable way.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from data to support decision-making processes.
• Conduct data validation and ensure the accuracy of reports and dashboards.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis for different departments within the organization.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of BI tools and systems.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance metrics.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in business intelligence and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R).
• Basic understanding of database systems and data warehousing concepts.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Good communication skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or other data analysis languages.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
• Experience in statistical analysis or predictive modeling.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques is an advantage.
• Any relevant certifications in business intelligence or data analytics.
