Location: Paris, France (Remote, Hybrid, or Office-based—your choice!)

Your Role:

• Manage and automate AWS-based infrastructure with your team.
• Develop web services and serverless functions to provision, control, and monitor our product suite.
• Provide technical leadership and support decision-making within the team.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues to help them grow professionally.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to plan and implement innovative ideas.
• Serve as the go-to expert for complex technical issues related to cloud and DevOps.

Your Profile:

• Experience: 3+ years in cloud development, with expertise in AWS and cloud-native DevOps.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in event-based, globally distributed applications and CI/CD pipeline creation (preferably with GitLab).
• Best Practices: Strong advocate for unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
• Agile Methods: Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban workflows.
• Leadership: Passion for team mentorship and taking on responsibility.
• Language: Strong communicator in English.
• Mindset: Enjoys innovation, thrives in dynamic environments, and has a forward-thinking attitude.
