Position Overview

As a Customer Engineer specializing in AI/ML, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our advanced technology products and our customers' needs. You will collaborate closely with clients, product teams, and sales engineers to design, implement, and optimize AI/ML solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored AI/ML solutions.
• Design and conduct product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solution architecture designs.
• Support customers during deployment and ensure the successful implementation of AI/ML solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, providing proactive support and guidance to clients.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Influence product development by sharing customer feedback with internal teams.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and cloud computing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably within AI/ML or cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing role, understanding client needs and translating them into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Knowledge of data engineering and big data processing frameworks (Apache Spark, Hadoop).
