Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security strategies to protect IT infrastructure, data, and applications.
• Ensure security standards within CI/CD pipelines and software development processes.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate security solutions into cloud applications and microservices.
• Communicate with international IT security teams to standardize policies.
• Monitor and analyze networks, systems, and applications to detect and mitigate potential threats early.
• Conduct regular security audits, penetration tests, and vulnerability analyses.
• Act as an advisor for teams in securely developing and implementing new IT projects for web and cloud environments.
• Train employees on IT security policies and best practices, fostering a strong security culture.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Computer Science, IT Security, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, DevOps, or software development.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and GitLab.
• Hands-on experience in secure software development with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Go, React, NodeJS).
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their security features.
• Familiarity with security standards such as OWASP, NIST, GDPR, or ISO 27001.
• Excellent English skills and good proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve technical challenges efficiently.
