Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and data needs.
• Develop customized data solutions and strategies based on client requirements.
• Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
• Help clients implement and optimize data systems, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
• Advise on data governance, data management, and best practices in data handling.
• Provide support and guidance during the integration of new data technologies.
• Work with clients to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for monitoring data-driven outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Assist with the design and deployment of data visualization tools and dashboards to track business performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and analytics.
• Offer training and support to clients on data tools and solutions.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data throughout all processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data consulting or similar roles, with a strong background in data analysis.
• Expertise in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Solid understanding of data management, data pipelines, and data governance.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their application in business environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Experience with ETL processes and tools (Extract, Transform, Load).
• Knowledge of data integration methods and tools.
• Previous experience working in a client-facing role and managing client relationships.
• Project management experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
