Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows.
• Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to ensure data is accessible and clean.
• Optimize the performance of databases and data systems to improve efficiency.
• Create and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to automate data integration.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of data by performing validation and data cleaning tasks.
• Implement and manage data storage solutions, including cloud platforms and data lakes.
• Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and ensure seamless data flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across various systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with big data tools and frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a bonus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest developments in data engineering.
