Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management and maintenance of the company’s data infrastructure.
• Ensure the smooth flow of data between databases, analytics platforms, and other systems.
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of data pipelines.
• Monitor data systems for errors and perform necessary troubleshooting and remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide efficient solutions.
• Perform routine data quality checks and ensure data integrity and consistency across various platforms.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automating data collection, cleaning, and transformation processes.
• Participate in the monitoring and reporting of data processing tasks and job schedules.
• Help ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices.
• Document data flows, processes, and troubleshooting solutions for future reference.
• Assist in the deployment of new data sources and systems as the company scales.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of databases, data storage systems, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with SQL or other querying languages.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load).
• Basic experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.
• Familiarity with data warehousing solutions and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills:

• Internship or previous experience in a data-related field (e.g., data engineering, analytics, operations).
• Familiarity with automation tools and techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Knowledge of data governance and best practices for data management.
