Key Responsibilities

Tech Skills Needed
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Data Analysis Tools: Experience with libraries like pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
- Machine Learning Frameworks: Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Database Management: Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Data Visualization Tools: Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, or similar technologies is a plus.

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in remote team environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in predictive modeling, NLP, or deep learning.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and statistical methods.
- Background in data engineering or data pipeline development.
