Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic DevOps team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals to support the development, deployment, and maintenance of our software applications and infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

1. Infrastructure & Deployment:

• Assist in deploying and configuring applications across cloud platforms or on-premises environments.
• Help maintain and monitor cloud infrastructure, particularly in Azure.

2. Development & Operations Collaboration:

• Work with development teams to understand application requirements and deliver tailored infrastructure solutions.
• Partner with team members to enhance deployment processes and automate repetitive tasks.

3. CI/CD Pipeline Support:

• Assist in building and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Support tool configuration (e.g., Azure DevOps) for automated testing and deployment.

4. System Monitoring & Troubleshooting:

• Monitor system performance and assist with fine-tuning for optimal operation.
• Help identify and resolve issues impacting application availability and performance.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the DevOps team.

6. Continuous Learning:

• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Participate in training programs to refine and expand your DevOps skillset.

What You Bring

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of DevOps concepts, the software development lifecycle, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Technical Skills:

• Foundational knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and virtualization tools (Docker, Kubernetes a plus).
• Understanding of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Exposure to IaC tools like Terraform or Bicep is advantageous.
• Basic grasp of networking concepts and protocols.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and embrace new technologies and methods.

Preferred Certifications:

• Entry and intermediate-level certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate, or Azure Developer Associate are a plus.
