Employment Information

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and paid media.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and performance.
  • Work with designers and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of professional experience in digital advertising or paid media.
    • Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
    • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
    • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) is a plus.
    • Familiarity with ad tracking and attribution models.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
  • Experience with e-commerce advertising and retargeting strategies.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for ad customization.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience working in a multinational or multicultural environment.
