Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client needs and assess existing IT systems and infrastructures.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients on a variety of IT-related issues.
• Design and implement technology solutions to improve clients’ business operations.
• Conduct technology assessments and create roadmaps for digital transformation.
• Manage IT projects from conception to execution, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful solution deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in IT consulting.
• Provide recommendations on IT system improvements, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Offer training and support to clients and internal teams on new systems and processes.
• Write reports, technical documentation, and business cases to present to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist with IT governance and compliance requirements for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Consultant or in a similar IT advisory role (1-3 years for entry-level).
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems integration, and enterprise software.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
• Proficiency in project management and familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in IT system analysis, digital transformation, and IT strategy development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design practical solutions to complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and teams.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.
• Familiarity with data security, risk management, and IT compliance.
• Certifications in IT consulting (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or similar certifications) are a plus.
• Knowledge of business process reengineering or digital transformation strategies.
