Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT consultation and technical support to clients
• Analyze business needs and recommend technology solutions
• Implement and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure minimal downtime
• Advise on cybersecurity best practices and data protection
• Train clients on new technologies and software systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance IT processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Consultant or similar role
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and software
• Experience with cloud computing and cybersecurity best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
