Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all project members.
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Lead project meetings, track project milestones, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices during project execution.
Work with vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers as needed to ensure the smooth implementation of IT solutions.
Manage change control processes and ensure that scope changes are documented and communicated effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar project management role (5+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Experience with IT infrastructure, software development, and system implementations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Preferred Skills:
PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.
Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
Experience with vendor management and procurement processes.
Knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise software, and IT systems integration.
Experience managing global or cross-cultural teams is a plus.
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management for IT projects.
Salary and Benefits:
