Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all project members.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Lead project meetings, track project milestones, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices during project execution.
• Work with vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers as needed to ensure the smooth implementation of IT solutions.
• Manage change control processes and ensure that scope changes are documented and communicated effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar project management role (5+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience with IT infrastructure, software development, and system implementations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
• Experience with vendor management and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise software, and IT systems integration.
• Experience managing global or cross-cultural teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management for IT projects.
