Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure IT solutions that meet clients’ business needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and technology requirements.
• Create high-level architectural designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
• Lead the development and deployment of IT systems, ensuring they align with industry best practices and client goals.
• Oversee the integration of various IT systems, including cloud services, enterprise applications, and infrastructure.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client IT environments, identifying opportunities for improvements and optimization.
• Ensure that IT solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams, guiding the development of solutions and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Communicate technical concepts and solution designs to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IT to continuously improve solution offerings.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Solutions Architect with a strong portfolio of successfully implemented solutions (5+ years preferred).
• Extensive experience with designing and implementing IT systems, including cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems integration, and infrastructure management.
• In-depth understanding of security protocols, compliance requirements, and best practices in IT solutions design.
• Expertise in networking, databases, and application architecture.
• Proficiency in creating and interpreting technical documentation, diagrams, and architectural blueprints.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions is a plus.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
