Key Responsibilities:

• Design and refine user-friendly interfaces for digital products (web & mobile)
• Collaborate with UX designers to develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Work with developers to ensure seamless design implementation
• Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize designs
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and brand guidelines
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar design tools
• Understanding of user-centered design, wireframing, and prototyping
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Basic understanding of HTML & CSS for effective design handoff
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team
• Passion for delivering high-quality, visually appealing design solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with design systems and accessibility best practices
• Previous internship or freelance experience in product design or UI/UX design
• Understanding of A/B testing, data-driven design, and user behavior analysis

Language Requirements:

• English (Required)
• Dutch (Preferred but not mandatory)
