Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process across multiple projects, from research and ideation to implementation
• Define and advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, UI designers) to deliver cohesive product experiences
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights
• Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Mentor and guide junior UX designers and other team members
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistent and scalable product experiences
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record in leading design teams and projects
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design and prototyping tools
• Strong knowledge of user research methods, personas, user journeys, usability testing, and interaction design
• Experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into user-centric design solutions
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively advocate for design decisions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus but not required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in service design, mobile design, or web design
• Knowledge of design accessibility standards and practices
• Experience in data-driven design and user analytics
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and working closely with developers on design handoff
