Role Overview

As the Manager of Digital Compliance – Projects/Processes/Big Data, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex compliance projects that impact our digital infrastructure. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, legal experts, and IT engineers, to ensure that digital processes align with regulatory standards and data governance policies. This is a strategic leadership role, requiring a blend of technical knowledge, project management expertise, and compliance acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital compliance projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop and implement compliance processes for big data management and digital operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and ensure digital strategies are compliant.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital compliance, data governance, or related roles.
• Proven track record in managing digital compliance projects and implementing processes.
• Strong understanding of big data management, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), and security standards.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in compliance management tools and big data analytics platforms.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in compliance (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CISM, or similar).
• Experience in the technology, fintech, or data-centric industries.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with AI ethics and digital ethics frameworks.
