Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy NLP models and algorithms to process and analyze text data.
• Work with large datasets to clean, preprocess, and extract features from text.
• Implement machine learning models for various NLP tasks such as sentiment analysis, text classification, named entity recognition (NER), and machine translation.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to deliver NLP solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest NLP research, techniques, and trends to apply cutting-edge solutions to business problems.
• Optimize and fine-tune NLP models for better performance and scalability.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for NLP pipelines and systems.
• Contribute to the integration of NLP capabilities into various software applications.
• Communicate technical findings and results to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for NLP model development.
• Knowledge of text preprocessing, tokenization, and feature extraction techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the NLP and AI fields.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with pre-trained models (e.g., BERT, GPT, T5).
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries like scikit-learn and Keras.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning or transfer learning techniques.
• Any relevant certifications or experience with AI/NLP projects is a plus.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, or cloud-based data processing is an advantage.
