Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Ruby on Rails development.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software on time.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and related frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
