Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client business processes and requirements, providing expert advice on SAP solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Implement, configure, and integrate SAP solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to client operations.
• Work with functional and technical teams to deliver SAP modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, or HCM.
• Analyze data, identify issues, and provide solutions to optimize SAP processes.
• Offer training and support to clients to ensure effective use of SAP systems post-implementation.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and provide maintenance support to ensure the smooth operation of SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Customize SAP solutions and write functional specifications to meet business requirements.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Provide detailed documentation and training materials for clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP releases, modules, and best practices to continuously improve implementation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Consultant with expertise in at least one SAP module (SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, etc.) (3+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into SAP solutions.
• Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP systems based on business needs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud solutions is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP Certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) in relevant modules.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with SAP integration with third-party applications.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex requirements.
