Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Provide high-level IT consulting to clients on technology solutions, digital transformation, and system integration.
• Design and implement tailored IT strategies that align with clients’ business objectives, enhancing operational efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and deliver solutions for IT infrastructure, cloud services, software, and business processes.
• Conduct technology assessments and develop roadmaps for IT improvements, including hardware, software, and data solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication of project milestones, deliverables, and expectations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure IT governance, compliance, and security best practices are followed throughout the implementation of solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to offer innovative solutions to clients.
• Develop business cases, reports, and presentations to communicate IT strategies and project progress to clients and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Consultant or Senior IT Consultant with a strong track record of managing complex projects (5+ years preferred).
• Expertise in IT strategy development, digital transformation, systems integration, and enterprise technology solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and enterprise systems.
• Strong project management skills with experience using Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and guide teams effectively.
• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Experience with business process optimization, IT governance, and compliance.
• Background in security, risk management, or data privacy is a plus.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, or automation solutions is an advantage.
