Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design processes for digital products, including research, prototyping, wireframing, and visual design
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to deliver seamless user experiences
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to refine and improve designs
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs, including interactive prototypes and mockups
• Design responsive interfaces for mobile and web applications
• Mentor junior designers and provide leadership and guidance on best practices
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and usability standards
• Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Strong expertise in visual design (color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy)
• Experience with responsive design for mobile and web platforms
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative design processes
• Experience conducting user research, personas, user journeys, and usability testing
• Ability to design interactive prototypes and deliver high-fidelity design assets
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English (Finnish is a plus but not required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with design systems and scalable design solutions
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic understanding for effective handoff)
• Previous experience working with developers to implement designs
• Understanding of design accessibility standards and best practices
• Experience with motion design and interactive UI animations
