Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, gather user requirements, and translate findings into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Develop and implement visually appealing and functional UI/UX designs for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs align with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Create user flows, journey maps, and personas to inform design decisions.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Ensure that the design is consistent with brand guidelines and follows UI/UX best practices.
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Good understanding of responsive design principles and web/mobile standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
