Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Advocate for the user by ensuring their needs are at the forefront of the design process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and completed projects.
• Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Bonus: Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or motion design is a plus.
