Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure animations align with design goals and technical constraints.
• Create interactive elements that enhance user engagement and site functionality.
• Optimize animations for performance across various browsers and devices.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in web animation, tools, and techniques.
• Ensure animations are in line with brand identity and web standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web animations and interactive designs.
• Proficiency in animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, CSS, SVG, and JavaScript libraries (GSAP or similar).
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in web animation or motion design.
• Prior experience in collaborating with front-end developers is a plus.
